The estimated delivery date for each item is listed on the product page while customizing, and again on your order confirmation page after checkout. Your estimated delivery date is also included in your confirmation email, which has the subject line "Thank you for your Gemvara Order". Delivery dates are not listed within customer accounts at this time.
As long as everything goes according to plan, you should anticipate receiving your FedEx tracking information a day or two before the delivery date. On the off-chance our jewelers need more time and your estimated delivery date is changed, we will email you to let you know as soon as possible.
- Your package will be fully insured and shipped using FedEx next or second day shipping. A signature will be required for packages valued over $500.
- If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible since a shipping address cannot be updated once a piece has shipped for security purposes.
- Individual items may ship separately. Inventory items like cleaners or ready-to-ship pieces will arrive sooner than made-to-order items.
