We offer an exceptional 45-day money-back return policy on your custom-made Gemvara piece. Just send your jewelry back in its original unworn condition, with the tag attached, for a full refund - its that simple. All you pay is the return shipping. We offer one free resizing in the first year of purchase: all you pay is the shipping. Just be aware that resizing can take three to six weeks. We'd be happy to send you a free sizing kit to make sure you get the size right and avoid the delay in enjoying your ring! In some cases, we may not be able to resize a piece. If that's the case we'll let you know before we make the ring. We can't accept returns of items that have been sized. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the warranty, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.

In addition to our return policy, we have a one-year warranty on the craftsmanship of all our jewelry. If you damage a piece or chip a gemstone, we'll be happy to repair it for you or replace the stone for a reasonable fee. Call Gemvara Customer Care at 1-800-436-8803 for more information.


If you would like to engrave the inside of a ring, you can do it on the product page or in your cart before checking out and see what it will look like. To enter the message you'd like engraved, click on the hyperlink from the product details page. Engraving the inside of a ring is a free service. For other engraving requests on pendants or the outside of rings, call Gemvara Customer Care at 1-800-436-8803 and we'll be happy to help you.



Currently we offer free shipping to United States and Canadian customers. Some expedited delivery requests may require an additional charge. 

We do our best to make people happy with our beautiful jewelry. Call to request special express delivery and we'll do it if we can. It may require overnight delivery or Saturday delivery, which are both an additional charge.
